Duty Manager

We are looking for a Duty Manager to join the team at Rosso Restaurant & Bar in Manchester, UK. The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, providing support to the General Manager and Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-end restaurant environment, excellent guest service skills, and a strong knowledge of wines and food.

Requirements

• Current/previous experience in a similar busy, high-end restaurant environment
• Excellent guest service skills with a background of exceeding and maintaining the guests' expectations
• A minimum of 12 month's supervisory or management experience in a busy restaurant
