We are seeking a Receptionist/Host to join our Front of House Reception Team at Rosso Restaurant & Bar in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, excellent customer service skills, and prior experience with reservation programs. Requirements
- Experience as a Receptionist or a Host/Hostess within the hospitality and/or catering industry
- Impeccable customer service, communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience using OpenTable or other reservation programmes
