Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers, identifying opportunities, and selling rotary unions, slip rings, and related precision rotary transmission solutions.
Requirements
- Develop and manage customer relationships across manufacturing, automation, energy, medical, and other industrial sectors
- Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate rotary unions, slip rings, and custom solutions
- Provide technical product support, including reviewing specifications, drawings, and system requirements
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product presentations
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address technical questions and ensure accurate solutions
- Track sales activities, market trends, and competitive information
- Attend trade shows, customer visits, site evaluations, and product demonstrations as needed
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive communication and problem-solving
