The company is seeking a Credit Risk and Rating Analyst to lead the credit risk management of its public and private REIT debt portfolio.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a buy-side sector, bank or rating agency with a focus on REITs and real estate finance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent financial modelling skills
- Very good understanding of the commercial real estate market
