Rothschild & Co is a leading international financial services group seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative arrivals and departures, organizing integration sessions, and assisting the HR department with various tasks.

Requirements

• Management of administrative arrivals and departures of employees
• Organization of integration sessions for new arrivals
• Entry and tracking of administrative files on the Workday HR system
• Writing of procedures for employee arrivals and departures
• Assistant to the HR department: Organization of meetings, interviews and trips, management of expense reports
• Participation in supporting the generalist HR WAM employees of the team on transversal projects
• Tracking and reporting of service providers used by the team
• Writing and entry of employment contracts and standard amendments
• Tracking and updating of the bank's organizational charts
• Support to the recruitment of summer interns, second-year trainees and observation trainees
