Gestionnaire de contrat d'assurance

Rothschild & Co is seeking an Insurance Contract Manager on a temporary contract. The position is available as soon as possible and will be based in Paris.

Requirements

• Control of management acts on insurance contracts (Subscription, payments, buybacks, arbitrations...).
• Entry of acts into the FST tool (insurance contract management software until commission control).
• Identification and treatment of anomalies and follow-up of reminders to insurance companies.
• Control and treatment of fees for management expenses on dedicated funds.
• Management of emails addressed in the common mailbox of the service.
• Respond to various requests from bankers, assistants and other services.
