Job Description
Rothschild & Co Martin Maurel, an international financial services group, is looking for a 6-month intern to assist with legal follow-up of family companies and taxation of individuals. The position requires a candidate with a higher education in Company Law, Business Law or Tax Law, and experience in legal follow-up of family companies is a plus.
Requirements
- Higher education in Company Law, Business Law or Tax Law (Bac +4/5)
- Previous experience in legal follow-up of family companies, in a law firm
- Mastery of computer tools Word and Excel
- Knowledge of a software for legal follow-up of family companies and taxation of individuals
