Job Description
Rothy's is seeking a Full-Time Keyholder to join their team at The Shops at La Cantera in San Antonio, TX. As a Keyholder, you will act as Manager on Duty, learn operational procedures, and communicate Rothy's brand story to customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Retail, Hospitality, or a customer-oriented experience
- Positive attitude and focus on customer happiness
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work full-time, 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working on feet for 8 hours a day and lifting up to 25 pounds
