Rothy’s is a sustainable footwear brand that tackles zero-waste production and creates wardrobe staples using 3D knitting technology. They are seeking a Part-Time Retail Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service in their Houston Galleria store, upholding the brand's aesthetic and ethos. The role involves various customer interactions both in-store and online, contributing to a positive brand experience and meeting sales goals.
Requirements
- Provide an unparalleled customer experience for every Rothy’s customer.
- Own all day-to-day customer interactions - in-store and across all touch points.
- Develop and maintain expert-level understanding of our products and processes.
- Actively contribute towards meeting and exceeding the team’s sales goals.
- Passionate about our brand story and product.
- Unflappable with problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated and desire to go above and beyond.
- Comfortable lifting 30 pounds and standing 95% of the day.
- 18+ years of age.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
