Requirements

• Experience in Engineering / complex product Manufacturing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in working with and manipulating large amounts of data effectively
• Clear and effective communication skills, able to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
• Strong decision making ability – able to make decisions quickly in a crisis
• Strong problem solving to develop customer and business focussed results
• Able to balance the short-term focus on results with longer-term interests
