Job Description
Design, develop and implement customized solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, primarily focused around the CRM applications. Work with an Agile team and contribute to the methodology's ceremonies.
Requirements
- University degree or relevant experience in industry
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and integration
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Ability to create clear documentation of all current processes and newly added processes
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to set expectations and deliver solutions in a timely and effective manner
