Requirements

• Full proficiency in Customer Service Administration gained through job-related training
• 2-3 years' work experience in Customer Service Administration
• Use of CRM and MRP Systems (Microsoft D365)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to follow work procedures with a particular focus on health and safety
