The Head of Project Management Office (PMO) is a central key role with direct affiliation to the management. The role leads a seven-member team and is responsible for challenging projects in the areas of building, investments in machines and equipment, and IT in the pharmaceutical industry.
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience
- Successful development and management of teams
- Implementation-strong personality with extensive practical experience in project and program management
- Established project management methods such as IPMA, GPM or PRINCE2
- Interdisciplinary thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Ideal experience in the Pharma / Healthcare environment
