Job Description
As a Chief Accountant, you'll be responsible for financial accounting, create closing balances, and ensure that our processes run smoothly and transparently. You'll help shape the process actively, bring your expertise, and make a significant contribution to our success.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration with a focus on accounting and finance or further education as a chartered accountant (IHK)
- Several years of professional experience (at least 5-7 years) in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing mid-sized industry or machinery/manufacturing industry
- Very good knowledge of HGB; IFRS experience is an advantage
- Secure handling of ERP systems (preferably SAP R/3) as well as MS Excel; experience with e-banking tools and reporting solutions is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of VAT and GoBD; experience in dealing with auditors/business auditors
- Leadership experience and well-developed hands-on mentality
- Analytical, structured working method, high reliability, and punctuality
