Job Description
The Inside Sales Agent plays a critical role in supporting our Retail Direct Ship (RDS) program, handling customer orders, driving incremental sales, and resolving account issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a commissionable sales position
- Previous call center or wireless industry experience
- Energetic and compassionate phone presence
- Strong persuasion and motivational abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
