Job Description
Roundhouse is seeking a Community Manager for their Colorado Springs, CO location. The role involves overseeing all property operations, including maintenance, leasing, resident relations, and financial goals, while adhering to company policies and relevant laws. Requirements
- Manage daily operations, including maintenance, leasing, and resident relations.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Maintain accurate records and manage vendor relationships.
- Conduct property inspections and handle resident complaints.
- Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and city regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with property management software (Yardi, RentCafe, Yieldstar, LEO, CRM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
