Requirements

• Manage day-to-day operations of property, including maintenance, leasing, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Maintain accurate property records and handle resident complaints.
• Manage rent collection and ensure all financial obligations are met.
• Prepare monthly and annual property performance reports.
• Assist in the planning and execution of resident events.
