Construction Superintendent

Roundhouse is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage multifamily construction projects in the Boise, Idaho area, leading a team and ensuring successful project execution while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule.

Requirements

• Oversee all field operations
• Provide leadership and direction to onsite Foreman, Subcontractors, and on-site personnel
• Ensure strong communication and collaboration between field staff, project management, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
• Enforce and promote all safety protocols
• Conduct regular site visits, safety meetings, inspections, and audits
• Ensure all work meets quality standards
• Oversee procurement planning and material logistics
• Identify and implement creative solutions to improve construction efficiency and productivity
