Maintenance Supervisor - Cycle

Roundhouse is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor - Cycle to oversee daily operations of maintenance function, ensuring property is well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. The role coordinates and directs the work of maintenance technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers, providing guidance, training, and quality oversight.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of property maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and preventive maintenance practices
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and CPO systems
• Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform maintenance duties that require standing, walking, or climbing for extended periods
