Job Description
Roundhouse is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of a property, managing a team of technicians and ensuring safe and efficient work. The role involves scheduling, assigning tasks, conducting inspections, and maintaining accurate records. Roundhouse is a rapidly growing developer focused on creating a community of residents and is a strong advocate for both people and the environment.
Requirements
- Two years of supervisory experience.
- Three years of experience as a maintenance technician.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems is highly preferred.
