Job Description
Roundhouse is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, manage a team of technicians, and ensure safety and efficiency. The role involves overseeing repairs, inspections, budget management, and vendor coordination within a collaborative environment focused on Elevating the Built Environment, Pioneering Spirit, Belonging, and Future-Focused.
Requirements
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Three years of experience as a maintenance technician
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in outdoor environments in all weather conditions
