Requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and ensure timely completion of work orders
- Conduct inspections for safety and health codes
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
- Assist with vendor management and coordination with contractors
