Job Description
As a Special Education Paraprofessional, you will support students' academic, social, and behavioral growth through direct instruction, behavior support, and daily assistance. You'll help implement IEP and Day Treatment goals, collaborate with teachers, and provide hands-on support throughout the school day.
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and four (4) years of experience working with children
- OR a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science
- Five (5) years of valid driving experience and a valid Colorado Driver’s License
- Mental flexibility, emotional stability, personal maturity, and creativity in dealing with difficult situations
