Job Description
At Roush, we fuse technology and engineering to provide product development solutions to customers in a diverse range of industries. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who will support Treasury activity by effectively managing daily cash needs, forecasting weekly cash balances, executing Money Market Fund transactions, and monitoring credit facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 8 years of Cash Management and/or Treasury Operations experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical mindset
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with large data files
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Robust communication skills and ability to successfully work in a cross-functional work environment
- Knowledge of private debt structures (credit facilities, working capital lines of credit, etc.) and understanding of capital markets
