Rovensa, a global leader in sustainable agriculture solutions, is seeking a Global Planning & Control Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising internal management reports, main business KPIs, strategic plans, and annual budgets, while identifying opportunities to improve company performance.

Requirements

• Annual budget and strategic plan preparation
• Monthly reporting for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and all Business/Commercial teams
• Monitoring of planning and control tools in various countries
• Preparation of a management tool for monthly rolling forecasts
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• SAP, Power BI, and AI expertise
