Job Description
Rover is seeking a Product Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts, partner with product leaders and product engineers, and drive the analytics needs of their product organization. The role involves analyzing market trends, developing data abstractions, and mentoring analysts to improve their analytical skills. This is a highly collaborative position requiring a leader who can translate data into actionable business insights.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience using data to drive business impact
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Mode, Periscope, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience as a lead or senior team member
- Experience working side-by-side with developers, product managers, and operators
- Proven expertise in A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimental design
