Job Description
Rowan Digital Infrastructure is a company that redefines data center delivery. We are looking for a Counsel - Real Estate to support the acquisition and development of land and leasing of facilities for our hyperscale data center projects.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school
- 5+ years of experience with complex real estate and development transactions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage outside counsel and oversee multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
