Energy Strategy Analyst

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking an Energy Strategy Analyst to support the execution of energy strategy across its growing portfolio of data center developments. The role requires strong analytical skills, comfort working across multiple markets, and the ability to translate complex information into clear insights that inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, economics, finance, business, or similar)
• 1–4 years of experience in energy markets, utilities, infrastructure, consulting, or a related analytical field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel (Python or similar tools a plus)
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems and communicate insights clearly and concisely
• Interest in power markets, grid infrastructure, and large-scale energy use cases such as data centers
• Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Familiarity with U.S. power markets, utility rate structures, or interconnection processes
