Senior Electrical Engineer Manager

Requirements

• Leading power acceleration strategy, design, and deployment to expedite in service timelines for Rowan critical capacity
• Leads internal and external teams to decisions and drive to outcomes
• Directs consultants in the design, procurement, construction and implementation of power acceleration solutions, substations, data centers, and power distribution infrastructure
• Molds design, project scope, schedule, and deliverables to meet client and Rowan requirements for Build-to-Suit and Turnkey projects
• Partners with procurement to deliver the equipment required for the success of Rowan projects
• Supports RFPs for electrical infrastructure design, construction, and operations
• Integrates with the energy team to coordinate with the identified utilities
• Supports the growth of the engineering team and of Rowan by helping to establish engineering standards and processes
• Demonstrates a customers are our North star mentality
