Job Description
The Studio Manager oversees the daily operations of an ear piercing studio, ensuring high-level customer service, a clean and safe environment, and driving sales and team management. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for retail and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail management experience
- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team
- Customer-obsessed with a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable using technology, software systems, and POS
- Deep understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
