Job Description
The Studio Manager oversees the daily operations of an ear piercing studio, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, and a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with retail experience, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive sales and manage a team.
Requirements
- Customer Experience: Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, greet and engage with customers.
- Leadership + Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of studio staff.
- Operations + Sales: Oversee inventory management, meet sales targets, and drive profitability.
- Training + Development: Train and onboard new staff members, provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Administrative Duties: Prepare and submit reports on studio performance, ensure studio budgets are met.
