Job Description
Sales Support Employee position at Nuscience Belgium, a leading player in premixes, concentrates, nutritional concepts, and additives within the animal feed industry. The role involves administrative and organizational coordination of orders, complaints, and questions, as well as managing customer relationships and proactively building and maintaining customer relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Preferably experience in a similar role
- Language skills: good Dutch and English, and a little French and/or German
- Experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Experience with export and customs documentation is a major plus
