The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for the preservation and upkeep of the property, operating within OSHA standards and company safety policies. Excellent attendance and communication skills are required, along with the ability to build lasting business relationships and exhibit professionalism.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• EPA certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire/promotion
• Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds without assistance
