Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the preservation and upkeep of the property and the safety of all maintenance personnel. The incumbent will operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies and procedures, and will have excellent attendance and communication skills, with a valid driver's license and bilingual preference.
Requirements
- Bilingual preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- EPA certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire/promotion
- Some type of formal training or experience in carpentry, light plumbing work, light electrical work, painting, refurnishing and cleaning, and air conditioning
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and company safety policies and procedures
