2026 MBA Rotational Program | Finance + Commercial

The MBA Commercial and Corporate Finance/Strategy Rotational Program is a two-year program designed to develop future leaders at Royal Caribbean Group with strong commercial and financial acumen. Participants will rotate across Commercial and Finance/Strategy functions, gaining exposure to the core drivers of the business while working on high-impact initiatives that influence company performance.

Requirements

• Graduating second-year MBA students with 2–5 years of professional experience
• Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis
• Demonstrated leadership experience in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced quantitative skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
