Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Analyst, Decarbonization Program Management to support Royal Caribbean Group's efforts to evaluate, track, and expand the use of low-carbon fuels across the global fleet.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Energy Economics, Business, or Sustainability
- 1–3 years of experience in maritime operations, energy, program management, or management consulting
- Strong proficiency in Excel modeling and PowerPoint
- Ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights and narratives
- Familiarity with GHG accounting, carbon intensity metrics, and biofuel certification schemes (ISCC, RSB)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams
