Job Description
Lead, Design Associate responsible for providing leadership and expertise to new building projects. Manages and coordinates architectural design work for newbuild, revitalization, or refurbishment projects. Leads and develops a team of architects/designers working on specified projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years design industry experience required
- Minimum of 4 years managing large scale projects
- Minimum of 2 years managing direct reports preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interior Design required, Architecture preferred
