Requirements
- Lead high-impact analytical travel related initiatives to optimize performance and profitability of ancillary travel products bundled with cruise bookings.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to Senior Analyst, elevating team analytical rigor and insight delivery.
- Develop advanced forecasting, pricing, and consumer behaviour models to support value-based and loyalty-driven travel offerings.
- Analyze traveller behaviour, loyalty tier engagement, and purchase patterns to recommend targeted product bundles and dynamic pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Revenue Management, and Marketing teams to evaluate new product ideas, promotions, and partnerships.
- Build dashboards, performance scorecards, and executive reports summarizing key insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Serve as a trusted analytics partner to the Manager, Strategy, influencing strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance analytical frameworks, tools, and methodologies within the Guest Travel Services team.
