Manager, Experience Development

We are seeking a Manager, Experience Development to join our team at Royal Caribbean Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of people and cross-functional teams that ideate, plan, and deliver high-quality products and experiences for Celebrity Cruise guests.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in a product, design or other similar role developing experiences for consumers
• Product owner experience required
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in leading teams/organizations in bringing high-quality products to market
• Ability to effectively provide overall vision and leadership across a large ecosystem of partners and builders
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
