Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or HCM technology
- Knowledge of recruiting automation and web-based technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work activities
