Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in working for a global/international or reputable local organization in the same capacity
• Good working knowledge in recruitment strategies and talent pool management
• Knowledge of accepted human resources practices and the laws governing employment and fair treatment of employees globally
