Senior Analyst, Marine Strategy

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Analyst to join their Global Marine Operations Strategy team. The role involves analyzing complex data, supporting high-impact projects, and collaborating across departments to improve operational performance, drive strategic planning, and enable long-term growth across the Marine organization.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in business, hospitality, finance, engineering or a related analytical field
• 3-5 years of relevant analytical work experience
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Understanding of financial principles and experience building complex financial models
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including financial modeling), SQL, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word
