Job Description
Join Royal Caribbean Group as a Senior Analyst, Revenue Planning. Develop ticket, shipboard, and auxiliary revenue forecasts, provide weekly updates to CFO, and manage monthly customer deposit forecast and modeling. Create analyses, schedules, and presentations for quarterly earnings calls and senior leadership presentations. Foster a team of analysts and develop revenue tools and dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA/MBA preferred
- Three or more years work experience in an analytical field
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with revenue management concepts and demonstrated aptitude for problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to organize, analyze, and interpret large and complex volumes of data
- Superior skills in Excel, Powerpoint, Hyperion, and Essbase/EPM
- Ability to logically structure complex quantitative analyses
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Attention to detail required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities independently
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver high quality presentations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated maturity
- Ability to teach and coach a team of analysts
