Senior Engineer, Solution Architecture and Engineering

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Engineer, Solution Architecture and Engineering to lead the design, selection, and implementation of modern infrastructure solutions across the company's technology portfolio. The role requires deep expertise in cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, container platforms, and DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or related technology roles
• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, ARM Templates)
• Experience with database platforms, middleware, and enterprise workloads
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and platform automation
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD)
• Docker and Kubernetes for containerized workloads
• Monitoring, logging, and cloud-native operational tooling
• Leadership & Strategic Skills (strong technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills)
