Job Description
Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Manager, HR System Design to join their team in Miami, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing designated products within the HR ecosystem and leading the execution of associated Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, HR technology, or enterprise systems delivery
- 3–5+ years of people leadership or team oversight
- Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology solutions
- Deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or HRIS platforms
- Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and/or traditional project management (PMP, SAFe, etc.)
