Requirements

• Background as a Naval Architect or Marine/Mechanical Engineer with a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience with a shipping company or major cruise line, classification society, or similar
• Proven ability to manage financial aspects of the assigned function
• Proven ability to utilize and administer the disciplinary action process
