Member Account Representative - White Bear Lake

We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Member Account Representative. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service, build lasting relationships, and assist Members with transactions and financial solutions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Working knowledge of financial services
• Strong customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain and present to Members
• Good organizational skills, time management, listening skills, and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products
