Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to de-escalate and resolve Member concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Strong multitasking and communication skills to manage multiple systems and Member interactions simultaneously
