Job Description
The Mortgage Processing Assistant role will provide clerical support for mortgage loan processing and originating activities, and provide exceptional experience to clients and team members.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be bondable
- Occasional travel required within Royal’s geographic footprint
- Working knowledge of financial services and basic accounting principles
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, interviewing and listening skills, and a strong customer service mindset
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under multiple deadlines and changing priorities
- Adept at analytical and critical thinking, resolving recurring problems, and making decisions related to complex daily work
- Ability to multitask, manage interruptions, function in high-volume settings, work independently with minimal supervision, and collaborate within a team
