Job Description
Join Team Royal! We are looking for a Chief Estimator to lead our Estimating & Pre-Construction team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Requirements
- Read and interpret plans, proposals, and other documentation to develop bids
- Prepare and present estimate documentation
- Track and analyze data to reduce gaps between estimates and actual cost
- Build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments
- Implement and execute Royal processes on all projects
- Identify and mitigate potential risks on the project
